Delivery

When will my order be shipped?
WeRateDogs items can take up to 2 days for processing. Certain items may take longer to ship as indicated on the product detail page.

Keep in mind, shipping times are in addition to processing times. View shipping estimates here.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to most countries.  We ship UPS Mail Innovations to a limited number of countries and USPS for all other countries.


When will my order arrive?
Orders have fulfillment times and shipment times. Fulfillment timeline is 2 business days for most products. Transit times vary depending upon your location.   View shipping estimates here.


Where will my order ship from?
Most Domestic and International orders are shipped from California.  Some items may be produced and fulfilled from our fulfillment partners in California, North Carolina or the European Union.


My tracking link hasn’t updated in 48 hours, what do I do?
If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, there could be a delay or problem with the shipment itself. You can also use our tracking page located at https://weratedogs.aftership.com/

 

Orders

Can I edit my order?
We cannot guarantee that we can edit or change your order before it ships. We usually can edit orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If you need to edit a shipping address, billing address, product type, quantity, or color, please contact us as quickly as possible to potentially have these updated. If you prefer, you can always email us at sales@weratedogs.com (please include your order number).

How are your products made?

We source our products from around the globe to develop a line of high-quality products that meets the standards that you expect from us. A majority of our products are sourced within the United States. 

How do I track my order?

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

My order arrived but the product is wrong/damaged, what should I do?
Most orders arrive without a problem, but if there is an issue with your product or order, please contact us here with any and all details about your order.   If you prefer, you can always email us at sales@weratedogs.com (please include your order number).


I'm not happy with the product, what should I do?

My order is a gift, can you not include a receipt? 
Our fulfillment team automatically includes a small receipt/packing slip in each merchandise order from WeRateDogs. Sadly, this is out of our control and is included on each and every order. 
 

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the delivered date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed credit that may be used on our store. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs on the return or exchanged items unless the item is defective.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do not facilitate exchanges, but we may offer for you to return your item in exchange for a credit to the store or a refund to the original payment method. Refer to our return policy and instructions above.
