Refund & Exchange Policy

Please provide your order number, name, and any specific details to requests for size changes, color changes, etc. when contacting us. Thanks!


If there is a validated error with your order, then we may be able to offer you a refund, which you can use to purchase a new shirt with. The vast majority of orders come through with no errors whatsoever, but sometimes printing mistakes, sizing issues, or simple order switch-ups do occur.


If there is no validated error with your order, then you become liable for your purchase. We use a third party fulfillment company, which means that when you place an order through our store, we pay a fulfillment company to make the products and ship them out. This is similar to custom made products, in that we, at WeRateDogs, do not hold any inventory nor does our fulfillment team. We also never see your product before it arrives to your doorstep. This makes exchanges impossible because we do not have any other shirt for you in stock, only other 'custom' orders (other customer's orders through our store). We are very sorry, but at this time, this is the only way we are able to provide merchandise for our customers. It is a point in which we wish to improve upon in the future.

A size misunderstanding is not a validated error. There is a sizing chart available on our website, which is directly from our fulfillment team and measured to their standards. This is an accurate representation of our shirt sizes at WeRateDogs. If you are still skeptical about sizes, all products are American Apparel 100% cotton blanks. Please do research accordingly if you feel the need.

With all this being said, please do your best to ensure that you select the right size based on our sizing chart, the correct color, the correct shipping address, payment option, billing address, and any other details of your order. This will minimize the chance of an error occurring. If you catch a mistake, please email immediately so that we can rectify before the order ships out, otherwise you will unfortunately be liable your own order.

We can usually edit orders within 24 hours or less, but rarely does the fulfillment process start greater than that time. Please keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours for us to respond depending on our schedules, please stay patient and if something is extremely urgent, feel free to message us on our shop twitter account here.
